Exploratory Survey of Uber, GrabCar, and Ordinary Taxi

Hi Uber and GrabCar Riders,

        

I'm conducting an online survey for Uber & GrabCar users and Partners/Peers.

This online survey aims to determine the ratio of car users vs taxi's, Uber, and GrabCar and the common problems in Taxis.

Through this survey, we can profile the Uber Users, areas with most and least no. of passengers. Efficiency, reliability, booking time, travel time and passenger fare will be compared.

As part of my Master's thesis in M.S. Civil Engineering (Transportation Engineering), I need to perform this survey to gather information.

The result of the study will benefit us and our transportation sector, having this useful data can help us analyze the problems and what to do to improve it. We can look for ways to improve its service.

Results of the survey will be shared here and to public.

(3) Travel Diary for Regular TNC (Uber, GrabCar) Users and Taxi 

If you're a regular Uber or GrabCar User and willing to participate in my survey. I will email you the form to fill up, everytime you ride a TNC (Uber/GrabCar) or an Ordinary Taxi.

Please answer in your honest opinion based on your experience as the result will be useful.

As a token of appreciation, I will be giving away Seven (7) cash cards worth PhP 1,000.00 each to be drawn as raffle prize for those who completed the survey including the Travel Diary for Regular TNC (Uber, GrabCar) Users and Taxi.
