Ford fiesta was first out in 1976 and it now on its sixth generation. Sixth generation of ford fiesta was out since 2010 but it was made available to the Philippines last year (2012).
The New Fiesta was formally launched here in the Philippines last July 18, 2013 in Ford Global and comes with the facelift grill and added features also available in his brother Ford Focus.
This popular sub-compact car received a redesigned exterior and a refresh interior look. Upgraded Tech toys was also been available now. Ford SYNC hands free car connectivity is now available in the dashboard of Ford Fiesta. Bluetooth connection is a great help for drivers especially the phone connectivity.
The new fiesta is powered by a global 1.5L twin independent variable camshaft timing (Ti-VCT) engine and an award-winning 1.0L EcoBoost engine available later in the year.
“Our aim with the new Ford Fiesta was to take a popular car that was already a segment leader in fuel efficiency, performance and personality, and make it even better,” said Kay Hart, managing director, Ford Philippines. “Ford Fiesta continues to push the boundaries and seal its credentials as the small car that stands out from the competition.” She added.
Eight (8) variant are available with 1.5L Ti-VCT engine, in both automatic and manual transmissions.

New Fiesta 1.5L Ti-VCT Trend 5-door and 4-door: PhP 798,000

New Fiesta 1.5L Ti-VCT Ambiente 5-door and 4-door MT: PhP 698,000
New 5-door Fiesta Sport+ with the 1.0L EcoBoost engine ( available later this year)
The colors to choose from, are: Arctic White, Black Mica, Highlight Silver, Metropolitan Grey, Ice Blue, True Red, Aurora Blue, Chili Orange, Phantom Purple and Celestial Blue.
